As founder and managing member of Q Capital Solutions, Bob is committed to delivering each client a comprehensive and personalized financial journey. He is also the architect of the firm’s portfolio management process – data-driven and adaptive – which he has developed and fine-tuned over his many years as an investment advisor.
Bob brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to Q Capital Solutions. He started his career in this space at Axa Advisors. There he learned the fundamentals of the industry and further grew his expertise at companies like Met Life in their Wealth Planning Group and Fisher Investments before starting a 13-year career at LPL as an independent advisor. Through these roles he recognized the value of combining best-in-class investment solutions with client-centric advice – a philosophy that underpins every aspect of the client experience at Q Capital Solutions.
Prior to entering the financial services industry in 2000, Bob’s resume includes entrepreneurial experiences starting multiple small businesses in areas such as equipment leasing, retail and healthcare practice consulting in addition to his early career at a Fortune 100 company. It’s this diverse background that gives him a unique and well-rounded perspective when working with clients.
Bob splits his time equally between NJ and Naples, FL where he lives with his wife, Judee. Together they have three boys, John Patrick, Ryan and Christopher and two grandchildren.
